Auto Skills Center – James, Manager Five stars doesn't begin to cover it. I recently relocated to Fort Sill for work, and my truck, the one thing I own outright and my only way around, had fallen behind on maintenance during a rough stretch. As soon as I could afford it, I booked a diagnostic for a Friday at 0730. James, the manager and a former Sergeant Major, walked me through everything in plain, fair terms. His goal clearly wasn't to upsell me but to help, with advice tailored to me, my truck, and my situation. He chooses his words with care and carries himself with the professionalism and excellence you'd expect from a man who learned his trade from the ground up and made it his passion. They had an 11-hour job ahead of mine and no loaner, so they shuttled me to work instead. When I needed the truck back over lunch for an important errand, they made it happen. I returned it late and was warned they might only finish the most critical repair before the long holiday weekend. Instead, they fixed everything I approved, and then some. James, one of the mechanics (Taylor) and the young lady at the front always provide superior service. I had some brake and rotors replaced yesterday, today I noticed there was an issue with one of the rotors I called and James said "bring it in we got you". It did take a while but I didn't care. Taylor came and helped after he cut his hand and got stitches. Not sure who goes to work after getting stitches the day before but Taylor did. I could go on but I hope AAFES keeps the contract with Precision Auto for decades to come. They're more than customer service, they're community service. The lady and Taylor gave my daughter a little bear, something you only see in commercials lol. Thanks a ton #TEAM PRECISION AUTO!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great place! They helped me out a lot and had really good prices. They checked over my car after I bought it from a dealership and found several things the dealership should have caught. They were honest, fast, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back here anytime I need work done on my car. Highly recommend!
